As a guy who has tried everything, I am excited to be finally taking this one day at a time. No 90 day programs, or 30 day programs. Just getting fit, bit by bit.
First day of my new lifestyle was great. Feeling awesome, and excited for things to come. 50 llbs is the long term goal, and I am COMMITTED to making it happen.
Thanks for reading.

Good for you, Mark. This journey is not easy and we all experience ups and downs but in the end it will be worth it. Welcome to the site. My current goal is to finish losing 40 lbs. by June then I will go on to lose over 100 over the course of the next year and a half. Just remember you are not alone in this journey.:flowerforyou:0

Way to go! One day at a time is always the way to go...no pressure, just reality. Good luck to you!0

well done, and great attitude! You are so right, it's one day at a time, for a lifetime... this is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix for 30 days.
Keep up the great attitude!0 -
So true...one day at a time is the only way to look at this journey.0

I have reached the 30 pound mark for me, 20 since I joined Facebook. I have 60 more to go, but I know I can do it now, and it feels good. I am sick tonight as I type this but I stayed the course, this does the work for you. Keep the course, plug in the caloories and exercise and it comes off, slowly, surely and stays off. I will keep on here even after I reach goal for maintenance. I can't ask for a better program! I think the key thing is too plan ahead, I eat out, I look up menus at potential ideas of where to eat and work my calories around it, and if all else fails, I can exercise more...how kewl is that, I exercise to eat more!!0
