I want to make it to a single digit pant size! I'm aiming for a size 8, which I haven't been since the beginning of high school. I started at 16/18, am at a 14 now, so slowly but surly I'm making my way down.

I love running with my dog! It's my main form of exercise. She is a boxer/dane mix. Just make sure you work your little buddy up to the runs and at least here it is starting to get super hot out so be careful he stays hydrated too. I also have a pincher collar for her, but because it is what we are using at doggy classes.…

hello and welcome to MFP! I know all about those 12 hr shifts, they will kill good eating habits quickly if you don't monitor and plan for the day. I was shocked when I first started by what exactly was in everything I was eating. yikes! Good luck to you!

What about packing up a blanket and picnic and sit by the river if the weather is good? cuddle, people watch and just waste some time together :)

I've had quite a few friends on here who have reached their goal, were able to maintain for a period of time and started to slowly wean off as they were able to make responsible choices until they dont really use it anymore. Great for them but sad I am loosing friends! I don't have a plan to stop using mfp currently, but…

Oh you guys see all kinds of neat things! I usually only see: Grey, Brown, and/or Black squirrels (all of which my dog is obsessed with) An opossom every now and then birds fish when i run by the lake other leashed dogs I'll have to keep my eyes open next time to see if there are any other neat things about :)

I buy which ever one is on sale at my grocery store :smile: there are certain flavors of each brand I like, so when they are 10 for $10 i stock up!

I like to add things to my water like lemon juice or wedges, lime juice/wedges, cucumber slices, in the summer watermelon cubes and orange slices.

Hi! I know how hard that fast food habit is to kick, I'm still stuggling with it myself. Planning out my meals a head of time makes a huge difference though, especially when working. Good luck with your journey on here, and feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like!
