  • These are great ideas!!!! I need to take walks and maybe turn up the music and dance with the kids!!! Keep the great ideas coming!!!
  • I don't agree with those that avoid all carbs, no matter the length of time they avoid them. I do try to avoid the unhealthy carbs (french fries, chips, white bread, white rice) and go with healthy carbs (whole wheat ANYTHING). I actually enjoy the taste of whole wheat bread and pasta more than white now.

  • I love taking walks...it helps me avoid my stress eating. I'm a SAHM of 2 kids under age 2 and taking a walk seems to calm everyone down. Keep it up!!!
