I've done P90x... I thought it was hard! I've gone through all 3 levels of Jillian and it was harder then all of them. Hard but not like impossible I'm going to die hard:smile: The cardio X ab workout is actually fun I do that sometimes after 30 day shred :smile:

Can you do a 2 week trial to see if it's something that you would like? They usually let you go for 1-2 weeks for free. Hi :smile: I have done the video with my HRM and I believe it was like 250 calories burned. I did it alone for the first 2 weeks (only because I was so sore lol) and then added cardio before dong ripped because I knew I would never get on an elliptical after I turned off Jillian :laugh: hope this helps!!

Ugh I hate them! My arms always get so tired! I have 8 lb weights so it sucks lol I think as long as you stick your butt out behind you and keep your extended leg straight you are doing it correct :smile:

I log it as circuit training. I am 5'4 and 150 lbs. I follow the harder girl ( can't remember her name lol) and I use 8 lb weights. I have a HRM and it's usually around 250 cal for 25 min :) hope this helps

Yes... I think if you see the same people everyday, it's harder for them to notice. I saw my neighbor today ( who I hardly ever see) and when I do never really speak to him. He asked me when I got skinny! I think he just may be my favorite neighbor now lol

6 cups water, 3 cups vinegar and 2 cups hair conditioner... Spray on a washcloth and throw it in the dryer. No static and better for the dryer vents... Doesn't cause a film like dryer sheets so no dryer fire :)

I just got a heart rate monitor and my calories average between 225-285 depending on which level I do. I also got heavier weights (8 lbs)...
