Thank you so much everybody for the very kind and sweet comments. It is really interesting to hear as, as you all probably know, when you look at your own body I think you see it differently. To me the tops of my thighs look fat so I really appreciate these comments which make me realise not everyone might think that, so…

Awww lets be friends. My weight has always been up and down. I've lost 26 lbs over the last year but just wNt back up 6 lbs which I want to fix!

Ohhh I feel so sorry for you, don't worry, you will get through this! I agree you need to go to OEA or similar...I think you'll find that once you manage to stop for a while and get back to normal you'll be OK... Junk food is so addictive but a week or so without it will really help. I get the impression you don't know how…

I'm 5"10, 150lbs and aiming for 145/140....I don't seem to be going below 150 though...seem kind of stuck! I'm still size 12-14 UK in jeans so think there's room to lose a bit more right? My profile pic is me at 150lbs.

Chopped apple with a tsp of peanut butter, greek yoghurt, or fruit....microwaved frozen berries with plain yoghurt is so good...or one ryvita with low fat philadelphia...or a cup of tea, or highlights hot chocolate!

I try to have a small bottle of beer instead of wine...less calories and I find I'm not as likely to have loads/binge eat :)

Umm I have a similar thing, my husband is uber fit and loves pasta. What I am trying to do is have a really small portion of the pasta and load up on salad..... Or if you are having meat, potatoes and salad in the evening, just skip the potatoes....
