Reached my original weight loss goal this week!

I started at 172lbs with a goal of 147lbs in Nov 2012. May 2013 I reached 147.25lbs, so close! Then I regained everything by Christmas 2013
I refocused at the beginning of this year and this week I have reached 147lbs!! I reset my goal in the mean time to be 132lbs, the next 15lbs are going to be a very slow loss though over about 10months
I'm so much fitter now though, I can run further and faster and feel so much more confident too
I'm just starting stronglifts 5x5 so hopefully that will help me get where I want to be!

At the beginning of May I really upped my running and gym work outs so this is the (small) difference between then (157lbs) and today (147lbs)

Thanks for the support everyone
it was hard for me to realise the difference until I looked at the photos! There's really not much difference in the last two months comparison photos, BUT in that time I have gotten much stronger, I can run further and faster and I feel better, I've noticed my clothes fit better too even if the photos don't show it! Although despite very little change, it does look like I've had a bum lift! Which I'm pleased with!

Great work! I am 5'5" starting at 175 and have a 150 first goal with maybe a 140 final goal. Thanks for posting your results and congrats on your success. I was also down to nearly my goal weight (153) and regained it all so seeing that you got it back off again is especially inspiring.0

I disagree. I think there is a very noticeable difference. Your arms, back, and tummy especially.

krennie8 I'm 5'7" so a little taller than you which should be why I carry the weight a bit differently
I just properly looked back at the photos of 157lbs and 147lbs and I can actually see the difference now!I look less wobbly! Hopefully now I've started strong lifts 5x5 everything will tighten up!
