I'm 26 lol but I know those struggles. I've definitely started to drink less after 25 but I still feel you on gaining weight as you gain years lol. I hope we can be friends and motivate each other. =)

Were they canned beans? There can be a lot of sodium in canned foods/beans so I always try to buy low sodium beans and rinse them before I add them to anything. You should just drink lost of water and the weight will fall right off. It's not a true gain. (or shouldn't be)

Well I use a heart rate monitor so I just log the calories it tells me I burn but if you don't have a HRM then I could continue to log it as low impact. MFP is notorious for over estimating the amount of calories your burn any way,

I recently did one of her "hiit" training videos and I wouldn't call them high impact or high intensity at all. The burst of "hiit" training were barely 20 seconds long and happened probably twice or 3 times max in the whole video.

I've used cauliflower to make pizza crust before.. I wouldn't really call it pizza but it was pretty good. I try to stick to my calories the best I can but when I'm feeling crappy and having mood swings I just let myself grab what I want but try to keep it in moderation. A little indulgence won't kill you or ruin your whole diet ;)
