It's easy to lose in the beginning and when you have more to lose the more will come off at first... IMHO people are jealous... If they can find some way to make themselves believe you are doing something wrong it'll make them feel better about their slower progress. Just keep doing that you're doing and let haters hate!

I know the calories on cardio machines are just estimations like you say (and this may not be the case for all people) but my gym's machines are only off by about 25-30 calories from my Polar HRM so It's a pretty good estimation for me.

Ok then. I was having a suspicion that my HRM was not reading well based on other lowish calorie counts but I guess it's not off..

This happens to me a lot too but I've never been able to find a reason for it.. It doesn't hurt its just a very sickening sound!

Great job and great tips too. I need to remember to drink more water because you are totally right! Weeks I drink more water I have definetly noticed a greater loss. Keep up the good work girlie!

You should shop what's on sale not what you feel like eating. It's fairly easy to look at a store flyer and see whats going to be on sale then look up healthy recipes using whats cheapest. Of course you will still want to buy stuff that's not on sale but it'll help if you take savings where you can get them.
