I am on the jello binge. Also visualization helps me. I sit quietly and envision the look of a desert that I would like to eat. I imagine the smell of it and then I am able to remember the taste of it. Once I have gone through this exercise, my craving usually has passed. Call me crazy or..... Has anyone else tried this?

You can also sit in a chair. Raise your legs. Hold in your stomach as much as possible and do scissor kicks up and down as well as sideways. I do 100 each and they are wittling down my thights.

I was thinking that you might want to cut back on the refined sugars. To satisfy your sweet tooth use honey instead and reduce the baked goods and other sugar added foods.

A bean salad would be quite filling. Wax Beans, red kidneys, white beans, black beans, string beans, etc. etc. onions, oil and vinegar dressing, asparagus spears. Beans have a lot of protein and will hold you for a while. Bean burritos are also filling but a little more calories to deal with.

I have been on this weight loss program for 30 days and only lost 1 pound. Been under in calories eaten and met my goals or sometimes exceeded them in the exercise category.
