  • As boring as it sounds, drink two glasses of water before you eat each meal. when Im having a sugar attack I eat special K chocolate delight to curve those cravings. Hope it helps and keep up the good work :)
  • I'll have to check those out. Im assuming everyone is at a 1200 calorie goal. Anyone have some other excersize Ideas and meal ideas other than running and turkey sandwiches? Please tell
