Hi. i lost 40... then gained 20... GRRRRRR... and lost motivation. Anyway, Ive got 50 to go and if i could make it a straight line I'd be super happy but its like a mountain range... up down up down up down... Im not the best example but if you need any moral support Im here... Good luck!

My only advice would be to find a running buddy… Good luck. My fear about running outside is not the safety issue but the *kitten* issue… I've had people throw food at me and yell things at me… It's goddamn ridiculous the way people think they can behave towards everyone else. That is the reason I don't (am nervous about)…

I definitely did… However, it did come to point where just reducing my calories wasn't making me lose as much weight as I wanted. Slow progress is still progress. You Can't expect to lose it all really quickly if you want to keep it off. So be happy with what you've lost; and keep trying to tweak what you do and you should keep losing. You're almost 20 pounds down, it seems like you're doing pretty dang well. Keep moving forward. Well, I've lost 38 pounds and counting by starting to run. I only have a treadmill; I haven't actually run outside yet but I'm still running. I got a C25K program for my iPhone and I use that. well, im no expert but i'd go with morning. weighing yourself after a day of eating and drinking will always give a higher number. in the morning its just you... not you and lunch and dinner... i stay away from the scale at night. only morning. and only once a week... (otherwise i drive myself crazy...)

That is some amazing dedication to be able to stick to that kind of crap. I'll never understand how these celebrities can drink lemon water with Cayanne in it for three or 4 days… Screw that give me food. Love 5 hour Energy! And yes, before the lectures start, I have 1. Maybe 2x a week. Not more than 1 a day on the days I do. But when I need the energy it comes in really handy. so, have at it. Just be aware and dont od. At least your moving. :)

They put your weight on your LICENSE?? Holy crap... that sucks. In MA its only your height... and if you need glasses. Mine says 5'6" but I always thought I was 5'7". (maybe im wrong...) Just run. I assume you have sneakers already... I didnt start c25k until id been moving my *kitten* for almost 2 months. i was probably doing everything "wrong" but I didnt want to be so overwhelmed by the "program" that I might quit. Now Im on week 5 and i repeat weeks until they become... not impossible... Good luck
