That is amazing! I am currently 278 from 333 what advice can you give me? Ive been working out 30 mins a day3-4 days a week, also 5 mins of squats and 10 min yoga and a diet of 1200 healthy calories. I would love to hear how you lost so much and stayed focus, you are such a motivation!

Yes I have a few weights I've been doing arm workouts with them. I've lost 47lbs so far & been doing YouTube videos off my phone since I don't have Internet at home. I've been doing fitnessblender & hiphop abs

well if i realy need to i eat a jello cup only 70 calories. . . but if im feeling strong ill fill a cup of ice and start choming down lol

awesome i love this. It's so true. I wish we had a gym here where i live i have to do everything at home the nearest one is 2 hours lol But that is true just because you belong to a gym means your using it.

Hey I'll join!! I'm a mother of beautiful baby girl who will be 1 year old in june!! I need to lose 142 lbs. . . so far i've lost 13 in 3 weeks so im gettin there!!

Sorry i didn't do inches :( if it counts i use to wear a size 24 but now i might have to switch to a lower size a little soon because my pants are gettin lose.
