Legends of the Hidden Temple was awesome. I wonder what happened to it, and similar shows. I also frequently taped/TiVoed Clifford the Big Red Dog every weekday afternoon at 4:00 sharp, and ate my after-school snack while watching.

Aw! Congrats. As for me, we helped a lonely family friend enjoy his birthday.

I'd say that's a perfectly acceptable height. On the other hand, I'm 4"7' and desperately wish I were way taller because my tiny frame can't handle as many calories as I need for mental clarity, LOL!

I have no idea. BTW, mushrooms and onion rings both get a resounding YUM from me! Cinnamon candy

MFP has started debuting a restaurant-friendly function that I love. I wholeheartedly recommend that you take a look at it someday.

The concert sounds like fun! Praying for you and your family. AFM: Saturday Success-I've resisted the temptation to scratch the living daylights out of my backside while experiencing what I am told is normal "healing itches," but they're mighty annoying!

Not a mom, but do know the pain of having to trade life in for bedrest.

Sounds tasty. Honey-lemon cough drops (not recommended for consumption as a food, but still intended for use by mouth, so should still count, amIright?)

Help clean up after that, offer her a cool washcloth and buy her a light snack.

I wouldn't mind a daily check-in on how much/how many grams we got each day, but don't know what would work best.

No! A small yogurt with a side of coffee. Basically, medicine (caffeine and probiotics) on an empty stomach. Shredded wheat, sounds good. Mocha oatmeal, sounds like heaven in a bowl! Extra-buttery popcorn.

Welcome back! Mom has been through something similar, and can't have soda, acid or large bites unless it's a few days before maintenance day on the procedure that she needed to open things up. Furthermore, she discovered to her and our horror that there's a stricture of some sort, so, long story short, she gets a minor yet…

Yum, as I recall. Yogurt and coffee instead of breakfast. (Yuck in my opinion, but I'll let you decide.)

Ah, yes. I do enjoy snacking on a mix-your-own triple chocolate shake from time to time to help heal my wound, but it must be the powder. I recommend staying away from those cartoned/canned liquid ones, and, for the love of your body, don't try to replace a hot meal with them. You'll be sorry!

@GOINSTD12, I beg of you, stay away from those nasty pre-mixed shakes. Those aren't even real food, and cause intense nausea. I once made the mistake of replacing lunch with those, and couldn't stay awake in afternoon classes or tutorial due to hunger and stomach churning. Furthermore, many is the time that I almost…

@skinnyjeanzbound, though I didn't know about you guys' monthly challenges, a protein one would be awesome, in my humble opinion.

We love doing that! Just use almost as much Splenda mix as you would sugar, follow all other directions (adjusting bake time as needed to prevent burning or paleness), and enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Friday Fitness: nothing structured done, but I'm squirming a lot due to sheer discomfort and burnout over my current situation. I guess that burns a few calories.

100. Not bad, but I'd like to see all my blood sugars be 99 or lower to make logging easier.

This, or Good Eats. I'm boring.
