Great!!! Thanks for adding me. I have quite a few of her DVDs. My favorites is the Fast and Firm 4 really big miles and the big burn 2 miles intervals. ButI have others that I also use. Love her program!

I really like using the Leslie Sansone Walk at home DVDs. They are sold at Walmart, Target, Ebay, Amazon.com and are pretty reasonable at around $9 to $12 a DVD. I have lost 23 pounds doing that in the comfort of home. I do it 5 days a week and since it's based on miles I tend to do no less than 2 and the most 5 miles in a…
