Oooh - I LOVE that place too! They have a really good website where you can "build your bowl" and see the nutritional info for it before you go. You can do a google search for plank exercises and lots of websites will show up. Another good place to search is YouTube so you can see videos of people doing the plank moves. I think I also saw a plank workout on the Shape or Fitness website... Hope this helps!

How about string cheese or lean lunchmeat. I like to put a little cream cheese on a slice of lunchmeat (turkey or chicken) and make a little roll up. Peanuts, Almonds, or other healthy nuts. Eggs are a good low carb protein. Hope those help!
