Completely agree!! Just make better food /exercise choices daily, one day at a time ...before you know it you'll be at goal. My only real goal is healthy but to answer your question personally, finding my calorie number and saying under (healthy choices) works for me. best wishes!

I think the biggest frustration comes at the start because it seems cumbersome to have to weigh, enter, fuss w/ the labels but I promise you if your patient it will become much simpler ...by nature we tend to eat some standard staple items and meals again & again so once you get a few weeks built in you'll be able to just…

This was never a goal or even thought about in any depth beforehand but I realized while getting a sock on before the gym that I can sit in my car w/ my foot on the dash comfortably & breathe
