30 day shred question.....

When you do the 30 day shred and cheaking the calories burned what do you use?? like what do you seach to find it?

    i was wondering the same exact thing. today was my first day with the video and it totally kicked my butt!

    I've always logged it as 18 minutes of circuit training because that's what's advertised on the DVD, but I have no clue either and would love a solid answer :)

    I have started 30 day shred and I use a HRM to track my calories and added it in my exercises as Jillian Michaels Shred:smile:

    I also entered circuit training but 20 minutes (didnt read the package obviously)...my thighs are burning laying down....lol!

    I have a free app for my phone called cardio trainer and I strapped it to my arm and did the first day of 30 day shred and I burned (based on the application) 319 calories for 24 minutes. I hope this helps.
