If you don't want to eat your exercise calories back then eat at maintenance and create your deficit with exercise. Going to low on calories will affect your results in the long run... slow and steady is better in my opinion.

Once every couple months, sopped caring about the number on the scale a long time ago and it was liberating... Now I focus on the way my cloth fits....

The 1200 calorie allotment has a built in deficit, if you workout you are allowed to eat your calories back to insure your body functions properly....

No need to stress... you can always make time to run in the PM.

4"11, 36y/o desk job. Current 112lbs, goal 105lbs. Calorie Goal is 1360, activity set to the lowest. Work out 4-6 days a week for 1 hour. I usually don't loose any wait for the first 4-67 weeks and after that mark is like boom! 10 pounds less....

I am working mom, with two kids. I don't have time to go to the Gym. What has worked for me is adding workouts to my tablet and completing them during my lunch break at work, at 4am when the kids are still sleeping or right before going to bed, when the kids are in bed. You could prepare your dinner/lunch on Sunday and have it ready for the week.

The only way I was able to lose weight was eating 1200 + exercise calories. I’m 33y/o 4"11 sedentary (desk job) I’m at maintenance now at 1470 + exercise calories.
