I just want to ride again, like I did when I was younger. I'd go for a ride to nowhere in particular and just ride for an hour or two. Unfortunately with kids & family I don't know that it is much of an option unless I do it after the kiddos are asleep. But I do go to spin class pretty regularaly, which should account for…

See? runnergirl072 agrees! she would end up with a guy with a big truck.. probably either a ford or a chevy.

I mean revenge of the nerds type nerds.. glasses, slick hair, pocket protectors..

Thanks for the response! the zero salt & low carb is just a temporary thing, I have a weigh-in on Sunday so i'm trying to drop the water weight for that, then I'll go back to my more normal (healthier) diet.

I add crystal light to mine. helps it go down!

Looking for some foods with zero salt and low carbs! Any ideas? I have fresh fish & veggies but looking for more ideas.

Thanks all for the tips! Final weigh-in is on Sunday so I'm starting the water/no salt/low carb thing http://www.scrawnytobrawny.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/bsb-hydration.pdf tomorrow.. I'll be sure to post results! As of this morning I was 256.8. Let's see where I end up!

Yeah, it's nice to see your name up there, but some lady was (possibly) trying to be proactive with her downtime shouldn't get to you like it has. Look at yourself for the recognition you need. You've obviously made progress (if you think you could have had your name up there) and you need to keep doing what has gotten you…

Sorry ladies, I'm married.
-
Yeah, if they only want a bite or two then I wouldn't sweat it at all. If they want the entire thing then I would be hesitant, especially for your 18 month. The older I would imagine is ok.

If it weren't for needing a 2x, I'd say this.. Big & tall seems to provide isues (this coming from a 3XLT) I usually go to JC Penny's, Belk or Casual Male Big & Tall

Don't want to try a pill, but love your food? Get a dog.. better yet, get two or three. Pugs are great. They have a reputation for being gassy and always around so you'll always have someone to blame it on.. Of course sometimes it will be the dog.. so there's that. At least I don't think dogs love Hummus though..

Born with it.. Seriously though after highschool I was in to a band called "Man Or Astroman" and the lead guy's name was "Coco the Electronic Monkeywizard" I swiped the last part and made it my thing.

well if you need opinions... ;-)

I don't want to be the "fat" friend any more.
-
Oh ok.. yeah, much more reasonable.. =-) I read 3/week for 4 weeks.
-
I'll start off with 3 lb a week is very ambitious. Maybe the first week or two when you start it's reasonable (easy) but as time goes, the 3lb mark is a bit high. 2/week is probably healthier for weightloss, And of course anything Beta_ray_bill says =-)

My wife and I do omlettes almost daily.. we add a tri-pepper mix from Publix that has green, red & yellow peppers. turkey sausage and Mrs. Dash. I think it's italian medley but not sure.. i'm curious about the mustard idea.. sounds.. interesting!

what have you noticed as the difference between the two?
-
I have an FT4 and I like it very much. I believe the only difference between the FT4 and FT7 is that the 7 can be connected to a computer (the cable is sold seperately and runs about $50). Also in my expierence, you don't have to wet down the chest strap. I think it just tells you to do that to get a better connection.

They are trying to bring in the more casual people.. the people that are overweight & don't want to be judged. I think this http://www.artfire.com/uploads/product/4/314/69314/7769314/7769314/large/shredz_i_work_out_men_s_tank_top_-_large_-_gym_-_workout__3808ec4e.jpg is more along the lines of what they are trying to…

As others have said, it's a dress code. I don't agree with it, but then again that's a reason not to sign up with them. If I were to sign up with them, I would do so with the understanding of the dress code & abide by the rules. I would also expect others to.
