I BF all 3 of my kids and lost weight while doing so VERY slow but it can be done, it is not about being on a diet it is about eating healthly and working out. All of witch will benfint both you and baby! Drinks lots and lots and lots of water and you will be fine!

it was not durining the class it was after, and no the room is like a sauna ( sp) there are fans but that is about it. I come out of class looking like I just step out of the shower and forgot to take my clothes off. NOT KIDDING

well I forgot my PB and Jelly Sandwitch I had for dinner tonight and I had a banna and PB with rasins on top for a snak. So now I am around 706 left! SO not too bad hopefully this will all work

thanks everyone, I did go for the nuts about 15mins ago. But that is good to know that as long as I am over my 1200 then I should be good to go. I mean 1326 is a lot and with out work out's I am at 1390 a day so it was like eating 2 times today.

never had a problem unless I eat too much salad or veggies but yes I do notice when I don't drink my water I have other issuses. My fiber is set at 16 is there any way to change it?

thanks I am going to give this another week or 2 and the things that people are suggesting like eating more and getting more protien and what not and if nothing works or changes then to the doc I go.

I don't think it is a fitness problem because I have taken fitness tests and passed with flying colors and I can run 3 miles in about 27mins not wonderful but since I am not 18 anymore and I am still "over" weight I think it is perrty good since when I was 18 I was running in 19-21mins at 125lbs not 160lbs

thanks everyone I deff need to get some more protin in me and I am going to start adding in a protin drink. I do eat whole grains and wheat. I should add a vitamen. what kind? Also can a thyroid problem also cause you to not lose or even gain weight when working out and eating good?

thank you everyone and you are all so very right I just need to plan my day better. I know that when I go to my uncle's house he will not have fruits or veggies there and so I need to bring my own. Thank you all! Something so easy and something I knew but really need to stick too!

I feel like I go round and round and there are just so many times when I have to be out and eat what is provided and not what I would at home. I am mostly talking about at other's house's not so much going out to eat.
