What is eating clean?
So I have seen this eating clean thing alot and I have no idea what it means. I know that I have to make a life style change as far as my eating goes, but I have such a hard time.

I had another post about BMI and was told to try body fat instead that it was a better way of knowing what was really going on. BMI Question and confusion?
So with my weight between 155-160 on any given day my BMI is 27.5-28.3 on the HIGH END of overweight. So I am already over my fiber for the day, but I thought fiber was good for you and helped to make you feel full? So why should I only have so much of it? is it ok to go over as long as I am over with healthy foods?

under cal goal and the part where they tell you if everyday
So today I was under my cals and it said that if everyday looked like this I would weigh 152.5 in 5 weeks. Now then I have been doing this for a little while now and it always says that if I do this that I would weigh something close to that is 5 weeks.... so will I really or is this not so true????????

My daily goals with out working out are cals=1390 carbs=191 fat=46 protein= 52 fiber=16 cakcium=100 so what is ok to go over what is not? What if eating healthy foods does it really matter.
