I would suggest you try it for 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that the fast days are easier than I thought they would be. And as you get more recipes, used to it, it actually gets easier with time

You obviously know what you are doing, but do you think starting back with 24 hours fasts might be easier than doing the 50 hours? anyways at least you caught yourself before you gained back ALL of the weight you lost.…

Things that work for me 1 - stay busy 2 - eat one large meal after 4 pm ( 500 calories, but lots of vegies and soup) 3- be prepared with healthy, delicious options ( raspberries and asparagus today)…

@Foamroller can you explain more about your plan? i have been doing 5:2 and think it is great, but would like to add something to make the lose a little quicker. Do you do 16:8 everyday? but 2 of those days you eat 500 calories? do you do a 24 hour fast? what is calorie cycling?
