How do I find the USDA generic foods - not member submitted?
I just went and searched on tomato. Every entry I see is for member submitted. Is there a way to search only for any official values? I searched tomato usda and every entry had the * in front of it. thanks

Chris Powell Exercise DVD?
Hi - I just saw a poster show her pictures after doing Chris Powell Exercise DVD. She looks amazing. I was wondering if anybody else has any experience with his exercise program? What did you think? I am almost 50, sedentary life-style and it seems do-able. thanks Angela

Beginner Stretching Program
Hi all, I am 49 years old, out of shape and have added walking to my daily routine. I would like to add some stretching/flexibility exercises. Wondering if you have any suggestions?
