Beginner Stretching Program

Hi all,

I am 49 years old, out of shape and have added walking to my daily routine.
I would like to add some stretching/flexibility exercises. Wondering if you have any suggestions?
I am Ok with DVD's, books, websites, suggestions for Gym etc, any details you can provide would be awesome.
