I just joined recently. Have lost allmost 5 lbs since joining. But overall I have lost 8. Yes this is it for me too. We can do this. I know it is not easy, but figure out what triggers your over eating is it stress, depression, figure that out and it really helps u see that food is not the answer.

Hey I have MS and balance issues from it, but I walk around my house. I put on music and do a little dancing. Is it easy, no, but am I having fun doing it, yes cause at least I am moving. U just have to grab yourself by the neck and say. Hey do this and then Never give up.:bigsmile:

I love love tea. I just stopped using splenda in it. In fact stopped all fake sweetener. So used to have cookies, but no more. Now its a apple sliced up with cinnamon sprinkled on it. Or a pear done up with cinnamon. Love cinnamon tastes great.all guilt free.
