I fast on Mondays and Thursdays so I weight myself on Tuesdays and Fridays (after the fast because then I have the biggest loss haha). :smile:

I want to tone up as well :) I'm not sure what exercises to do though.. Because I don't have/need personal trainer, I guess I just need to do some more research.. Today is my second day of fasting and it went waaayy easier than the first one!
