Hey, I'm looking for MFP friends!
I'm 18yr old female, 5'3, around 130lb
I do 2:5diet (fast twice a week) and go to the gym 3-4 times/week,

    Do you aim just lose weight or tone up as well? :)
    A former fasting gal here, so I get what you go through, just make sure you drink water and if you feel like eating, pop on MFP and get involved :3
  • I want to tone up as well :) I'm not sure what exercises to do though.. Because I don't have/need personal trainer, I guess I just need to do some more research..
    Today is my second day of fasting and it went waaayy easier than the first one!

    That's good :) Your body will adjust to it, just don't give up. I strongly recommend Jilian Michael or Denise Austin, they have a lot of youtube videos. Zumba is great as well, especially the DVD's, my belly and arms always look better after an hour of dancing

    I was curious about fasting, as someone who has had a problem with anorexia before, I'm really scared to try because I don't want to slip back into dangerous habits. Does it actually work without getting addicting?
