There are so many different opinions out there about eating breakfast.. To me, personally, it's the easiest meal to skip because usually I don't have a lot of time in the mornings. And I heard about IF (16:8, 20:4 and etc.) so skipping breakfast might even be helpful for weight loss? What do you think? Do you eat breakfast?
Just wondering.. Say if two individuals with same height, weight, age and etc. consume same amount of calories but one of them gets nutrition mainly from carbs and another person eats low-carb diet. Would they have different weight loss and fitness results? Sorry if it's stupid question but I really want to try low carb…
