Looks like you've already gotten a lot of advice. I can understand how you feel, because the same happened to me. I got to a very uncomfortable weight (for me personally), so I went to the gym and and I gained another 2.5kgs. I was so frustrated. here's how I got out of it: I measured all my food and still allowed myself…

Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, ... You get the idea ;) I can only have vegan protein. Soy, rice or pea protein usually don't taste good, rice being the worst. So I have gotten very creative. You can use stevia to sweeten, but berries usually do the trick and they're super healthy. You can use frozen…

Seriously 41?! You look so much younger now! I totally agree with seltzermint. Amazing job!!!

I'm in!!!

I wouldn't reduce the cals, but up the exercise. I've done the 30 day shred in June and I'm doing ripped in 30 at the moment. I lose about a pound a week, but I eat about 2000 cals a day!

Great results everyone!!! I am doing ripped in 30 right now. Who's with me?

I teach as well and when I come home I feel absolutely exhausted. I have never had the will to get up early enough to make it to the gym before work. Plus I don't like carrying all that stuff around all day. So I do work out DVDs. Simple: Get up half an hour to an hour earlier in the morning, do my DVD, have breakfast,…

I saw I huge difference after 20 days of 30 DS. I didn't run, but walked a lot. And I didn't keep a strict diet, but ate everything I like in moderation. The overall results were so great that I'm doing the ripped in 30 now :)
-
Here are my results: Chest: 97cm - 99cm / +2cm ??? Waist: 82.5cm - 78cm / -4.5cm! Hips:105cm - 101cm / -4 Weight: -4Ibs! I also lost about one cm each on my arms, legs and butt. And 4.5cm down on my belly! I think the biggest difference was noticeable at the beginning of level 3. I didn't find the last level as hard as the…

That's fantastic! You can be so proud of yourself. Any plans on what you're doing next? I think I'll give myself a break tomorrow and then I'll start ripped in 30 on the 3rd. Today is my last day of 30 DS. I'll post my results tomorrow.

I have only two days left and I can see quite a big difference. I did not manage to stick to a diet the whole time. With doing the workout every day I was quite hungry and tired about a week into each level. But I have visible abs now ;) I had cellulite on my arms when I started, it's gone! My legs are looking much better…

I know rest days are recommended with other exercises, but I am a little worried that if I take a day off today, I won't start again. So I'm doing the 30 DS in 31 day ;-) I had to take one day off, because I was visiting family. I'm 26 days in and I still sweat a lot every time, I've had a shoulder injury and a pulled…

I get much better results than in the gym with 30 DS too. In your photos you look very fit, so I wouldn't worry too much about the weight loss. You could try eating a little more. It's sounds weird, but it worked for me.

Great thread!!! 1) age: 32 2) height: 5'5" - 167cm 3) weight: starting 180 lbs - now 174 lbs, lost about 6 Ibs over the last 6 weeks 4) activity: 30 Day Shred every day and I walk about 30 mins most days 5) kcals: 1700-1800, about TDEE minus 20%, 40% carbs, 35% protein, 25% fat 6) Exercise is the key for me. I don't really…

Hey, I have six days to go on the 30 DS. I am a huge fan! Not of the daily torture, but of the amazing results. I used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week for at least one hour and only started seeing similar results after 3 months. For me there's never much change in weight, because I build up muscle easily. The ripped in…

That's fantastic! I'm almost half your age and I found it hard :-D I think even if you stay on one level for longer or just stick to the modified versions, you'll still doing a great job. I found the programme great for back problems. No excuses :)
-
Nice! Maybe I should finally go low carb too ;)

Started Level 3 yesterday. It's tough! I'm seeing a huge difference all over. My legs have hardly any cellulite, my arms are more defined and I have visible abs :-) not much weight loss though. I found it too hard to stick to a low cal diet and do the workout every day. Only 9 more workouts!

Today I did day 6 of level 2. I didn't take any break days. While I can do the moves coordination wise now, I am struggling with the last circuit of strength exercises. And it's not getting better. I have to use lower weights for those and I still can't keep them up. I feel like such a weakling :-D
-
Today will be day two of level 2. I can definitely see results. My body seems tighter somehow :D Please add me for accountability. I have never done this before and I am committed I'll finish the 30 days. I am even considering doing the ripped in 30 afterwards ...

Just finished day 4 and I've sweated more than ever! It's not getting easier :D Circuit one cardio is a killer and keeping the weights up in circuit 3 is not easy. But today was the first day I could walk normally. For some reason my thighs are killing me. They're usually the strongest part of my body - or so I thought ;)…

That's the spirit ladies. It's hurting now, but by July we'll be so much closer to a beach body

On Sunday I was 80.6 kg (177Ibs 11oz) so that's my starting weight, today I'm 80 kg (176 Ibs 6 oz) but I think that's just my normal weight fluctuation. I'm planning to do Mon-Sat as well. But I already know I'll have problems following that because I'm going away this weekend. I'll try! I ached a bit yesterday, even more…

Same here :) I've done MFP in 2011 and again in 2012, both times I was quite successful. Afterwards I moved around a fair bit and things got stressful with work and studying, but I gave up smoking for good(!) Also I fell in love and my boyfriend just loves food :D So here I am over 10kg heavier than I feel comfortable…
