I wish I could get rid of the coffee creamer too. I can't drink coffee unless it's light beige...which is tons of creamer, carbs, and calories 😬

I'll turn 60 later this year. I'm a serial starter... probably 10 restarts this year. I hope this time I can stick with it. I have health problems and need to lose about 90lbs.

I'm doing the same thing...patch and e-cig. I have not smoked for 36 days. I have lost 10 lbs. It's tough, but you can do it. I also lift weights at the gym and do a little cardio. Good luck to you!!
