I am currently hovering at the 146-147 mark and goal one is to lose another 10. No where near my best a few years ago but sure as heck not the person I was post kids either!14 -

Nearly a three stone loss so far. I would like to go further but with two kids and a garden to work on for the summer i am finding less and less time each week to work out! My partner needs time to work out when i am home from work too so its hard right now!26 -

My garden is my gym right now - plenty of resistance training as I have mega brambles to heave out, and barrow fulls of stuff to push about. Lots of bending and twisting too.7 -

Started last July at 286 now at 201 down 85 lbs. Shooting for 190’s. I was stuck at loss of 65 lbs for 3 months until a friend told me about MyFitnessPal. I started 2 months ago and I’ve 20 putting me closer to my goal.

Very inspiring, everyone looks fantastic, great job on getting to a healthier weight!
If anyone is interested I’ve posted my story in the “success stories” with the title “I lost 20% of my body weight in 300 days”.
Short story:
I went from an obese bmi of 30 to bmi 23.3 over 10 months (and got my waist back ) After a lifetime of sedentary living I now walk, hike, run and swim. I found my true passion for trail running! Been maintaining for about 4 years. The “after” pic is from last week, I’m gonna be 44 years old in a few months

Keto Diet since May 13th 2018. Lost over 18 lbs of Body Fat mass and 6.6% Body Fat. Gained lean muscle as well in the process .24 -

Found this old pic from when I lost weight and got rid of my big clothes. (these weren’t even my biggest pants!)
I went from a women’s US size 18-going-on-20 to a size 10! I love shopping for clothes now!

Lost 60 lbs then gained about 8 after feeling like I was on the skinny side and wanted some muscle8

Before pic - November 21, 2017 when I was at least 190 lbs -- After pic - Today - I am at 165
Sorry I couldn't find a better before pic.
Let this show you how important a good diet is. I was going to the gym back in November, as I still do, but my diet was just plain awful. I was following a pretty strict Keto diet from January of this year until mid-March, and I still keep the carbs low and eat good things.

The before isn’t my heaviest, I was actually 30 pounds heavier. Size 26 to a size 13 juniors. I actually fit into a 12 and it still blows my mind. Smallest I’ve been in my adult life.20 -

300lbs (50lbs lighter than my heaviest) to 160lbs. (I'm 5'7").
24W to 6 in pants. 3XL to (Juniors) S in shirts (being small chested means I fit juniors tops better than misses)14
