Thanks for you comments. What I meant was that the site is so simple to use that I don't lose heart after a a bit of excessive consumption. I'm half way through the first week and it feels OK. I feel I want to run more/further but will stick to it so I don't injure myself which is what usually happens when I start running after a long time off.
