Well, I built myself up to 6 MPH as the months went on. When I first started last April, I just walked the first month. Then after the first month, I started to jog. Every couple of weeks I'd go up like .2 MPH. Once I get up to 6 MPH I stopped going faster.

My knees and legs are starting to get sore, so it's becoming a pain (literally) to run every day for me.

Good luck!

In fact, thanks for everyone's advice! Much appreciated.

 Thanks for your advice as well!

Thanks for the advice!

Thank God for YT right? If it wasn't for YT I'd probably have to buy a video or something to find out how to start doing pull-ups, haha.
-
And along with those should I still continue my cardio?

What do you guys think of this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRznU6pzez0 It's a beginners guide on how to do pull ups.
-
Hmmm, I never considered those before. I'll look into it.

I hope so! Yeah I am 5'7 and a half, lol. Best of luck to you!

Would doing pull-ups and chin-ups do the same thing? Cause I don't have any lifting equipment, but I do have one of those attachments you can put above the door for pull-ups and chin-ups.

Nah. Just cardio.
-
Nah. My plan was to become as thin as possible and then start doing pull ups.

That's true. My belly will go away eventually though, right? As long as I keep exercising and dieting?
