This guy I've been seeing insists he pays for every date we go out on! I try and offer but he just looks at me like seriously?! i eat pretty much paleo except for the fact that i eat dairy everything else fits in with that lifestyle and ever since i switched over to little to no processed foods i never crave processed sugar or refined carbs. i crave carrots and stuff now! its really good and i never binge anymore :)

they say you should be eating how much you wanna weigh... say 150lbs so you eat about 150g.... i dont know if thats accurate but going over on protein isnt the worst thing and certainly isnt bad for you! mines set about 70 and some days i go over to about 160! so u shldnt worry :)
