hmm i see people complaining about one serving being too little, but who says you can only have one? have 2 servings then and make it fit your calorie goal. 100g (2 servings) really isnt that bad calorie wise, and can be very satisfying with a delicious homemade sauce. :)

oh god ive heard that so many times, it enrages me! it has become the norm to have a few kilos too many so anyone who wants to look fit steps outside that norm and is perceived as weird or having a problem, just because they want to look and feel better. i think people have actually forgotten what a healthy strong body…

so now that weve clarified that.. i have a different question that i dont feel deserves its own thread so ill just post it here. i know that in theory its calories in vs. calories burned but i cant quite wrap my head around how exactly my body is supposed to burn all the calories when i, say, eat nothing all day and then…

definitely ask your vet. most people here are no veterinary professionals, thus cannot give professional advice. :)

explore healthy food choices and recipes that are DELICIOUS and wont make you feel deprived, instead of eating boring bland "health foods" that you dont truly enjoy. it is only sustainable if you love your food.

really? was it? this just confirms my suspicion that it was meant well!

its funny, i seem to be the only one who read the OPs comment as encouragement to keep going all the way and not give up too early, as opposed to putting people down for their goals. maybe the expression "REAL victory" was badly worded, but i honestly dont think she meant it to be insulting. to everyone who said something…

i will definitely try this :) not normally a big fan of mousse but this sounds strangely awesome! thanks for that. will also try the strawberry muffins as they dont seem to be as "bad" (in the sense of sugar/butter) as usual recipes, and i LOVE strawberries!

i incorportate pb into my diet so it is within my goals. i dont eat it on bread though, mostly with a spoon straight out of the jar or in fruit smoothies! would never want to miss it. :) and its not bad for you either, it has loads of good fats, protein..all you have to do is watch the calories. sometimes i reward myself…
