I am on day 11, I am down 5 lbs. I have noticed a change in my appetite, I am not near as hungry as when I do when I do low fat diet. I am glad too, but I am still not down much. I have like 60lbs to lose. I will keep on keeping on.

I weigh my food also. I especially weigh my meats, that is hard to eyeball. And if I eat like chips or something I have to weigh. Learning to eat the correct portion size when I weigh my food.

My biggest weakness is impatience. I get very impatient and think I should lose now......food wise......my weakness is cheese and butter. Love them both.
