Well half my cloths don't fit well anymore so I went and bought a few new outfits, and I'm down to medium and small sizes. I've always been a size LG, XL, or even XXL some pics for ref :).

Def gonna change my goal today then, I really wanna do all this the right way, the healthy way. Thank you for the suggestion I do excersise but I'm not sure how to calculate it as most of it is like power walking or like push up sit up drills. That makes a lot more sense, thank you for the info.

I would disregard the weight gain for at least a month, sometimes the muscle weight will add on before the weight drops off. Not only that a person weighing 150 could be a size 0 because their weight is muscle weight, where another person weighing the same could be a size 20 because it is fat.

lol addidas are my nightmare monsters lol, but im glad you found a good one. I'm used to spraining my like 2-3 times :(. That's not including the little pops that I can walk off here and there)

I go for a 30 minute bike ride everyday, and do light weights M-F and rest on the weekend. I'm gonna eventually push that 30 minutes up to 1 hr. and the "light" weights to just weights :).
