If it makes you sick to your stomach, WHY EAT IT even if it is healthy. Listen to your body. Being sick to your stomach after eating something is not normal. There are other things that have the same healthy qualities as avocado I would suggest doing some research and finding alternatives.

I tried this and could only make it to about 1.5 days. I felt horrible and I had not lost any weight. I now know that I love my body way to much to every do a fad diet again. Those days are definitely over for me

my suggestion would be to look up your TDEE and find your amount of calories this way. With TDEE - 20% it factors in your exercise so you don't have to eat large amounts to make up for exercising.

This is what to order based on what you posted....order the taco salad with the shredded chicken. No sour cream, no guacamole, and no shell. If you need a dressing just put salsa on it. Also, try to stay away from the chips too much.

I was like that when I first started then I kind of got burnt out from eating so many salads. I know just have a small side salad here and there for dinner. I having been sticking to mainly lean protein and fruits and veggies now.

Looking at your profile pic you look GREAT :D!!!! If your body feels like you could loose another 10 pounds go for it. You may get to that weight and not like the way you look and want to put a few pounds back on. I say go for it and see how you feel and look. You are doing great!

Onederland for me was to be under 200 pounds. I actually achieved this on this past Friday May 24 , 199.2 pounds :D. I started MFP in January of this year at 225 pounds. Which was my highest weight to date.

I really think that people should have to work with a dietician as well as a therpist that specializes in over eating before being considered for the surgery. The surgery is just a quick fix but many times nobody addresses the issues as to why they are at the weight they are in the first place.
