Portion control and lots of water. Chinese has tons of sodium in it. I like the chicken and brocoli or galic chicken is not bad too. But like many say portion control and eat what you want. 1 day is not going to destroy all the hard work that you have put in thus far!

Dove chocolate is only about 40 calories per piece or I do sugar free chocolate instant pudding made with skim milk is only about 70 calories for 1/2 cup

You can make a potato salad and instead of using mayo substitute non fat greek yogurt. Also, maybe make a pasta salad with tons of veggies in it and an oil based sauce or even using some non fat italian dressing.

I actually mke cold oatmeal that I prepare the night before and it is super yummy by the next morning. 1 cup of oats 1 cup of milk (I use light soymilk) couple of shakes of cinnamon Dump all of this in a resealable container and mix together. Stick in fridge and enjoy the next morning!

chips and dips either chips and queso or ruffles and french onion dip. Those 2 are my HUGE weakness!

I really like the 100 calorie popcorn bags. You could try fruit, veggies and dip. Mayb even some turkey pepperoni. But like the previous poster said anything that fits into your calorie limit for the day.

I would take a break. Especially if its sharp pain not like a dull ache.

Yes it has. I always make sure that I bring something that I can eat and that it will be in my calorie limit. I also dont take anything that I wouldnt want around my house due to leftovers

Maybe try eating more calorie dense foods. That way you wont have to eat as much. Avocados, nuts, nut butters, cheese, full fat milk, full fat dressings just to name a few.

Thanks everyone I am definitely going to try it. I have made chicken salad with plain non fat greek yogurt and it was way better than with mayo. I just wanted to see what others thought before making it and then potentially not liking it.

My parents teaching me to clean my plate after every meal. Using food as rewards. High fructose corn syrup and all the other chemical additives to foods. Just to name a few, ultimately it is your choice why you are obese. Mine was because I have had 5 foot surgeries on my left foot and I used that as an excuse.

I use a brand of gluten free pasta thats made out of corn instead of brown rice. The brand is called Sam Mills gluten free corn pasta. I did not like the texture of the rice pasta. Not time of day per say but the weekends are the hardest for me temptations wise. And the time when I get home from work and I have to prepare dinner. This is when I want to snack like crazy, or do lots of tasting of the foods that I am making for dinner.

They give you false hope and drain your pockets. This statement is concerning over the counter diet pills. The ones that are regulated by the FDA and can only get from a prescription are the better route.

peanut butter, quinoa, and maybe try adding a protien powder shake to your diet might help. Unfortunately, not many fruits are high in protein. Protein typically comes from more calorie dense foods.

yes you are doing what you should be. Keep eating your excerise calories back as they come since you are on only 1200 calories. I try to always make sure that I net at least 1200 calories.

The IDK machine I think what you are talking about is the elipitical machine. And I would recommend taking a break. Maybe work out every other day until your muscles recover. mine is open and I really try to log everything. Yes, sometimes I dont make the best food decisions and yes sometimes I eat too little due to schedules or just not being hungry.
