I have a severe allergy to wheat. For me I can not eat anything that has even been processed on equipment. You will see many debates on going gluten (wheat free). I think that if you dont have a medical reason than dont give it up. You just need to eat it in moderation just like you do with everything else.

Look up eat more to weigh less on the forums here, there is some really good info about it. I can personally say that it works I now eat anywhere from 1500-2300 calories per day averaging about 1800 per day and I have been consistently loosing 2+pounds per week. Think of it this way you need to eat to fuel your work outs.

I love green beans with a little parmesean cheese on them....so yummy! Sweet potato is really good. THey even make sweet potato fries with chipotle that are super yummy. You should look into quinoa similar to rice but way healthier and full of protein.

If I am not hungry then I typically eat just a snack this helps me to not be extremely hungry when I do get hungry. This helps me because I do not have much self control when I get super hungry and thus make poor food decisions.

Yes, you may want to look up starvation mode. Unfortunately you might gain back all the weight that you have lost too. Also, you will have no energy, headaches, feeling jittery and many more symptoms if you keep at only eating 700 calories for a long period of time. I would not advise this. Lean meats (chicken, 90/10 beef) and veggies are my go to for lower cal dinners. I struggle with snacking after dinner.

Eat at least one fruit or veggie with every meal. Swith from white to brown rice. Whole wheat pasta instead of regular pasta. Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt. Try to get 30 minutes of cardio, even if its a leisurely walk.

I track my food religiously! This seems to be the only way that I actively know what I am consuming and how much. It also helps me that I have the app on my phone as well as work on a computer all day so I can have MFP open all day.
