Goal 1 reward is a mani/pedi when I reach below 200 pounds - I am only 9 pounds away from this!!! This is the major one that I am focusing on when I lost 10 pounds I bought myself 4 new pairs of shoes. I like to buy shoes and other things that I cant shrink out of for reaching my goals.

TOM (time of month) has a lot to do with your lack of weight loss even though you were trying. Water retention is huge during TOM. What I do to help this out is drink tons of water...like I am talking like 80 oz of water a day when TOM is here. That way you are peeing more which helps me offset some of the water weight…

Welcome. What you might try doing is adding more fresh veggies to your diet. I find them low in caloried but they feel me up. Just a suggestion also feel free to add me as a friend on here.

You might try this. If you are supposed to eat 1200 calories a day, thats 8400 calories a week. Try alternating days where you eat more and then other days eat less. As long as at the end of the week you are eating 8400 calories. Example: Monday eat 1000 calories, tuesday eat 1500 calories and so forth just as long as you…
