You have to take it day by day. You also need to feel accomplished at the little things. Lose 1 pound thats still an accomplishment. I plan all my meals in advance. Also, what you might want to do is do a little bit of research before you go out to eat. Look at the rest. menu online and the nutritional info. That way you already know what you are going to have and how much calories it is. Weekends are a great time for me to add in more excerise than…

I always just ask specificially ask for whats on said item. That way if it comes out incorrectly then its on the waitress and not me not knowing or saying something specific.

What helped me break my 3 week of not loosing was to only eat lean meats (chicken, turkey, shrimp, fish), fruits, and veggies. I would really focus of doing excerises that arent lose intense on the legs because then you are just going to build massive muscles in your thighs and you are still going to have problems with looking big. I would recommend zumba, pilates, and or yoga. They focus of leaner muscle building.

It's called a a desk job!!! You dont have to crouch, stand, crawl, or bend over. Also, I would be more than happy to pay for someone obese to get gastric bypass surgery. There would be the upfront cost by not a lifelong cost.
