You might want to look online for weight watcher receipes. You might be able to find one that is pretty close to how those taste.

Just keep telling yourself that it took a long time to put the weight on so it takes the same amount of time to take it off. Just keep your head up and stay on track. Creme fraiche is going to have a milder taste than sour cream but you could alos try fat free cream cheese and melt it in. I typically use cream cheese instead of sour cream (I dont lke the taste lol)

You also might want to go on here and find out your BMR is. You can find this under the tools tab and then go to BMR. I am pretty sure that you put your height and weight in and then it tells you how many calories that it takes to sustain you daily. Your calorie count might have been too low when you initially signed up…
