I try really really really hard not to eat snacks because they are such a weakness of mine. I wont even be hungry but bored and if I allow myself to eat a snack then all is lost.

I would figure out how much time you actually sit in class compared to how much "light activity" you do in a day. For instance you sit in class for 8 hours but are only up walking around for 4 hours = I would then set it to sedintary (sp?)

Try a tablespoon of peanut butter, high in protein. Also, if you are just kinda bored and feel like you need to snack grab a ice cold bottle of water and drink the whole thing quickly. The water will naturally make you full without any calories

I know this sounds weird but you might be drinking too much water and thats why you are thirsty. There is a small thershhold as to enough water and then too much water and it varies for every person. You might want try to cut your water in half or maybe try like 16 cups and see if this makes a difference. You very well…

The best thing to do is just adjust how many servings you have....for instance it says that 1 cup of grapes is what MFP has and you only ate 1/2 cups of grapes then change the serving to 0.5 or half a serving and it will record accurately...hope this helps

Watermelon is a natural dierutic (sp?) also I just heard on a local news about healthy living that watermelon can actually help lower your top number of you blood pressure I would say eat it, and I dont think that it is fattening at all.
