I just joined today and I have 40lbs I want to lose. I would love to find some friends on here to help support me in this and I will help to support you! I'm 39, married with 3 teens!

I am new today too. Lost 38 lbs on my own by eating protein bars twice a day with healthy snack and a regular meal for dinner. It's time to eat 3 meals a day. Only 30 lbs more to go.0

Yall can do it!!! I started this journey in mid Feburary at 240lbs and as of this morning I am 204.2! 35.8lbs in 5 months!! I basically try to stay within my calorie goal, and now drink water throughout the day and with meals. I've learned to portion control, but still splurge every once and a while. I sit behind a desk all day, and have very little time after work for any exercise. I can only imagine what I could have loss had I made time for exercise. I've fought my weight my entire life and have NEVER lost weight before. I thought it was impossible for me. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!0
