Let us know how that works out! I am with you on the afternoon slump! I was just commenting to my husband that even though I get 8 hours a night, I still feel SO TIRED from 1-3pm. I'll have to try the protein in the morning tip!

Great choice.. I had given up diet coke for a solid two months. Then, one day, I just decided to have ONE. That one turned into a full blown addiction again. Le sigh....

It depends. I don't like to eat the same things all the time, so each week I try to switch it up. I don't have time to cook, so it's normally a rotation of a protein bar or a SlimFast or fruit & yogurt.
