This sounds like a horrible idea, there is no way that someone can only eat 800 cals which gets burnt off at the gym and keep this up for years - probably couldn't even do it for weeks before doing themselves serious damage. If its volume of food you are having a problem with eat more calorie dense food - nuts avacado etc, if you are eating as little as you think you are it's not healthy or sustainable in the long term, even 1200 is very low for most people.
