I think the two piece flatters your shape far more than the one piece, your legs looker leaner to me in the two piece. BUT its just as much about how you feel and how confident you are wearing a two piece and having more skin exposed. You look great either way but to be absolutely sensational you need to feel happy and…

I am sooooo in, we go on our first cruise the day before final weigh in and I need to be bikini ready for that! SW: 169 GW: 125 I think that's right anyway - I'm used to working in kg so converting to lb is giving me some big numbers!!
-
C25K, by the looks of your workout you'd be able to skip ahead a bit so it should be no probs. Get a decent pair of shoes and you'll be off and ready.

Hi and welcome.

Its okay to be slightly over, sometimes life happens and the best plans fall by the wayside. TBH you've done remarkably well to 'earn' back some of the calories you spent on fast food that shows the right attitude rather than just thinking 'heck I've blown today totally'. Tomorrow is a whole new day

You look so different, so pretty. Well done on your success so far and best wishes for the future. There will be some awesome pictures when you're at goal!

Am from the UK, used to live in Berkshire. Am now in Sydney though

This sounds absolutely fantastic! Hope there are spots still left! Hi, I'm Nic, would like to join the challenge to get myself in gear and reach my goals, support and motivation are crucial in this and I'd love to help someone else on their way to their new body!

Hi and welcome! Congratulations on your weight loss so far, that is fantastic going!
-
I dont' because I have my activity level set higher so those sort of calories are already accounted for. If your activity is sedentary then logging cleaning calories would be above your taken into account number and so should be counted.
-
Fantastic, well done you!
-
Keeping fingers crossed for you.

Hi I'm only using MFP in so much that I'm not on a particular diet (Atkins, WeightWatchers, Tony Ferguson etc) and count the calories and other nutrients to stay within goal as for fitness plan, I'm guessing you mean stuff like the C25K or 30DS and so on rather than doing exercise. If so then that's me as well! I do…

which is only as accurate as a finger in the wind unless you put all of your statistics in and it monitors your heart rate. As I found out when I got my HRM, the spin bike was reading around 350kcal, the reading from my HRM is 500-550kcal for the same class

Hi To add it to your diary you need to go to settings, then into diary settings then you will see the options you have for tracking nutrients in your diary. My daily sodium was set my MFP at 2500mg, I don't know if this is standard or a variable according to weight, sex, activity level. I'm totally the other way to you, I…

That is a great weight loss for 2 weeks, don't get disheartened, the weight didn't go on overnight so it won't come off quick either. What exercise are you doing? Its is most beneficial to incorporate a mixture of cardio and strength training into your workout schedule to see maximum results. Keep measuring what you are…

Hi! You've made the right choice, definitely no more bigger clothes! Welcome on board and good luck on your weight loss journey!

I'm going to wear a bikini and hopefully look as good in it as the woman who inspired my weight loss did. She looked amazing and had lost over 50kg to get there and wasn't afraid to flaunt her new body and confidence yet was open and honest about the struggle she had to get there. Absolutely inspirational, I would love to…

I am so sorry for your loss. I've never been through this so I can't even imagine how dreadfully horrible, unfair and painful this is for you. Much love to you and your husband.

Interesting, thanks for posting

At the top of the page there is a tab marked tools. In there there is a section with tickers. That'll be where you can customise one for your weight loss journey. It is a cracking support system on here I agree. Good luck with your weight loss.

You know, sometimes I find its down to shear bloody mindedness, being stubborn and having to be stronger and more focused on WHY you are doing this and walking away from the chocolate/crisps/whatever and it gets easier, honestly, when you start feeling better in yourself, seeing a difference in your clothes/on the scales.…
