Hello Everybody, I started this program June 1st and only lost about 2 pounds so far . I been eatting within my calories per day and working out almost 6 days a week. What I am doing wrong? I thought I would be losing more. Please help!. Thanks.

That is a great weight loss for 2 weeks, don't get disheartened, the weight didn't go on overnight so it won't come off quick either. What exercise are you doing? Its is most beneficial to incorporate a mixture of cardio and strength training into your workout schedule to see maximum results.
Keep measuring what you are eating, eat clean, drink plenty of water and doing the exercise and you will see results.0 -
if you are working out 6 days a week -- perhaps your gaining muscle. please remember muscle weighs more than fat. so you very well may be loosing fat, but it doesn't show on the scale since your gaining muscle.
perhaps try taking your measurements. continue with your workout routine and eating habits and measure once a month to see if you are loosing inches!0 -

It's only been 2 weeks and you don't have a lot to lose. That's a normal, safe weight loss.0
