Uninstall both the fit bit app and MFP app. I have to do this every few days. But when it does sync up, I'm happy!

This makes so much sense and I would like to know the answer myself!!

You are still pretty awesome. I fell off the wagon, too! It happens. And my jeans squeezing my mid section right now are minding me of that!

Very powerful. Hit very close to home for me. Thanks for sharing.

My recent slump lasted the ENTIRE summer. 3 plus months. I am coming out the other side (I think! I hope!). Keep up the good work and get back on it ASAP.

Over the last 2 years or so, I've gone from getting up at 7, to getting up at 5:30. I just walked during lunch. I bought a used treadmill and have it in my garage. I jump on it for 10 or 15 minutes sometimes. I keep hand weights in my desk at work and use them for squats, curls, side bends. I am ridiculously busy, but I…

This is the story of my life. Sometimes when I open my mouth to order, the correct choice comes out. Other times, a Double Double animal style somehow slips out. It is really better for me to lug around a cooler of lunch and snack options than to even consider eating out, especially when I am really hungry.

Granny panties...the bigger the better. I want comfort when working out. And I'm pretty sure my rear looks fab panty line or not.

I don't have one for ya, but sure like reading them!

I weigh myself every day because I feel it is a nice reminder in the morning of where I am heading. If it's up, I try harder that day. If it's down, I try to get it lower. I only record my weight officially once a week. I tried to quit the scale for a while and I completely fell off the wagon.

I try to eat as much fresh food as possible. I avoid "diet" foods because they usually don't taste that great, but I will indulge in sweets or a burrito from time to time. Nothing is off limits for me, as long as I keep my life balanced with exercise and lots of water to drink. That is about as simply as I can possibly put…

I used to hate running before I started doing it regularly. Now I love it.

Trader Joe's flax seed "tortilla" chips are the best!!!! If you are having trouble not eating the whole bag of something, try individual portion bags.

Depends! Sometimes I wake up hungry and want to eat my pillow before getting out of bed. Today I didn't eat until 10am. I try to do it based on how hungry I am and what my morning looks like.

I love Nike + for tracking my runs. I have a Timex HRM (not too pricey - $30 ish) with a chest strap for calorie counting. The problem is that most feedback I receive says I'm earning wayyyyy too many calories. So now if I run 40 minutes, I give myself 400 calories. Then I try not to eat them all.

I'm very curious how this pans out. I decided to give the scale a break and focus on eating right and exercising. In a month I gained 6 lbs! I try to underestimate my calories earned, but the scale just is NOT my friend.

Not cheesy! It keeps me going to check in on here and see all my MFP friends plugging along.
